Service Scope
Services include only the work specified in the approved quote or service agreement.
Additional services or changes may require revised pricing and written approval.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing safe access to the property
- Disclosing known hazards
- Securing valuables and fragile items
- Ensuring utilities (water, power) are available if required
Classic 8 Cleaning and Maintenance is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
Scheduling & Access
Service dates and times are confirmed in advance.
Clients must ensure technicians have access to the property at the scheduled time.
If access is not provided, a service fee may apply.
Emergency or after-hours services are subject to availability.
Payment Terms
Invoices are issued per agreement or per completed service.
Payments must be made by the due date listed on the invoice.
Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
If additional work is required beyond the original scope, pricing will be communicated before proceeding.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule services.
Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.
Missed appointments due to a lack of access may be charged.
Health & Safety
We follow industry safety standards and use approved cleaning products.
Clients must inform us of any site-specific safety risks before service begins.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Client information is used solely for service delivery, scheduling, and billing purposes.
We do not share client information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Liability
Classic 8 Cleaning and Maintenance is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Items not secured before service.
- Damage resulting from undisclosed hazards
Any service concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after completion.
